I'm Ugur Ekmekci, a founding engineer based in Prague.

I build AI systems, products, and companies. My background spans data engineering, distributed systems, software architecture, machine learning, and AI.

These days I spend most of my time somewhere between engineering and product — designing systems, writing code, building companies, and figuring out how AI changes the way we work.
